1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Cause Vision service, platform, or product ("Cause," "we," "our," "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or Services.

2 Definitions

• "User" / "You" — any individual or entity accessing or using Cause Vision services.
• "Company" — Cause Vision Project Management LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
• "Services" — all digital financial, blockchain, payment, wallet, card, remittance, exchange, and data services provided by Cause Vision.
• "Platform" — Cause Vision websites, apps, APIs, dashboards, and systems.
• "Digital Assets" — cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs, and blockchain-based assets.

3 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not restricted under any applicable law
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

Minors may only use the Platform under a parent or legal guardian's account and supervision.

4 Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Immediately notify us of unauthorised access
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

Cause Vision is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

5 Services Description

Cause Vision provides a digital financial ecosystem, including:

• Digital asset wallets
• Virtual and physical payment cards
• Crypto-fiat on/off ramps
• Remittance and payments
• Transaction monitoring
• Blockchain infrastructure services
• Staking, vesting, and token utilities
• Financial dashboards and reporting tools
• Developer APIs and integrations

Services may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory permissions.

6 Compliance, KYC & AML

Users may be required to undergo identity verification (KYC), compliance checks, and AML screening. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional verification
• Restrict or terminate access
• Freeze accounts where legally required
• Share information with regulators and partners where required by law

7 Cookies & Data Usage

Cause Vision uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy and Retention Policy.

8 Communications & Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including:

• Account notifications
• Security alerts
• Transactional messages
• Legal notices
• Service updates

Marketing communications are optional and can be unsubscribed via support@cause.vision.

9 Data Backup

Cause Vision is not responsible for loss of user data. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their information and digital assets.

10 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without liability if:

• Security risks are detected
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• Legal or regulatory obligations require it
• False information is provided
• Terms are violated
• System integrity is threatened

11 Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Commit fraud or financial crimes
• Launder money or finance terrorism
• Abuse systems or APIs
• Distribute malware or hack systems
• Reverse engineer any part of the Platform
• Manipulate markets or circumvent security
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harvest user data, scrape, phish, or spam
• Engage in abusive or harmful conduct

12–13 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All intellectual property rights belong to Cause Vision or its licensors. No rights are granted except limited use of the Platform as intended.

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, reverse-engineered, or reused without written consent from Cause Vision.

14–16 Technology, Liability & Warranties

We reserve the right to modify features, discontinue services, upgrade systems, change functionality, or suspend operations without liability to users.

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, availability, accuracy, security, reliability, or non-infringement.

Restrictions

You may not modify the Platform, reverse engineer, copy code, create derivative works, resell services, remove proprietary notices, or exploit APIs beyond permitted use.

17–25 Indemnification & General Provisions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cause Vision and its affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Services, violations of these Terms, legal or regulatory breaches, or misuse of the Platform.

Cause Vision is not responsible for third-party services, integrations, wallets, exchanges, or platforms linked to or integrated with the Platform.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms may be updated at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which Cause Vision operates.

CARD CauseCard Prohibited Activities & Restricted Use Policy

Causecard (the "Card") is issued by Rain and is subject to the issuer's compliance requirements, regulatory obligations, and risk policies. This policy applies to all cardholders, partners, businesses, and end users utilising CauseCard products and services.

I Cardholder Eligibility — Restricted Countries

Causecard cannot be issued to individuals or entities residing in, registered in, or operating from the following countries:

Cardholders located in countries on international watchlists (including FATF Grey List jurisdictions) may be subject to enhanced due diligence and require explicit approval from issuer compliance leadership.

II Prohibited Business Activities

CauseCard will not be issued to businesses engaged in:

Illegal or Highly Regulated Activities

• Distribution of illegal substances or controlled drugs without proper licensing
• Human trafficking, prostitution, or escort services
• Sale of counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorised goods
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or deceptive financial practices
• Production or distribution of illegal digital content

Political Campaign Activities

• Political campaign fundraising
• Political donation platforms

High-Risk Models (Enhanced Review Required)

The following may be issued a card only after enhanced compliance review, including verification of licensing and internal controls:

1. Money Service Businesses (MSBs) and remittance services
2. Cryptocurrency platforms and exchanges
3. Charities and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)
4. Precious metals dealers
5. Online content or creator platforms (subscription or tipping models)
6. Regulated gambling or fantasy sports operators

Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the issuer's sole discretion.

III Spending Restrictions

Geographic Spending Prohibitions

Causecard cannot be used for transactions in the following countries (regardless of whether the cardholder is an individual or a business):

Prohibited Purchases

Causecard may not be used for any of the following:

• Purchase or trade of digital currencies
• Drug-related purchases including marijuana, cannabis, CBD, or illicit substances
• Payments on dark web marketplaces
• Hacking or cybercrime-related services
• Unlicensed or offshore internet pharmacies
• Firearms, ammunition, or explosives (corporate use prohibited)
• Hazardous chemicals without regulatory clearance
• Escort services or similar platforms
• Unlicensed or illegal auction sites
• Unregulated lending or payday loan services
• Data brokerage involving unauthorised personal data
• Purchase or trade of endangered species or wildlife products

IV Enforcement & Compliance

Causecard reserves the right to:

• Decline onboarding applications
• Suspend or terminate card access
• Freeze transactions
• Report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities

All enforcement actions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, sanctions regulations, and issuer compliance standards.
